Phantom 2 Vision Plus. In my opinion, currently this is the best investment for 'hands-on' real estate agents who want to take their property marketing to the next level.

Before I go any further, real estate agents, who are reading this should understand that this is a great investment in your business if you are a hands-on type of person who enjoys technology. If not, there are quite a few real estate videotaping companies who utilize an aerial drone and charge anywhere from about $300-$3000, depending on the type of video and the production quality you're looking to achieve.

Also, keep in mind that real estate aerial video photography is just one element in putting together a good real estate property marketing video. To use aerial video, photography for the entire marketing piece would be quite boring and ineffective in getting the property sold.
I would recommend using the aerial video, photography, either at the beginning or at the end of your real estate video marketing, production.
